National Asbestos Awareness Campaign 2023-2024
Phase 2 - 17 March - 14 April 2024
Phase two of the National Asbestos Awareness Campaign 2023-24 runs from 17 March - 14 April 2024.
The campaign coincides with the lead up to and during the Easter holidays which is a known period of increased DIY/home improvement activity.
We invite you to partner with us to promote the campaign materials on your channels and with your networks. These materials focus on asbestos awareness and safety in the home and workplace.
Through our combined efforts during phase one of the campaign in November 2023, we were able to reach an estimated 4.5 million people through our national advertising, over 5.1 million people through earned media and over 30,100 people sought further information on ASSEA’s website.
Let’s continue to work together to reach even more Australians so we can prevent them from being exposed to dangerous asbestos fibres.
